   Eligible Returns: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, you can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item.
   Ineligible Returns: We do not accept returns of used items unless the item is defective or damaged.
   Condition of Item upon Return: Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any gifts.
2. Return Process

   Provide Order Information: Please provide your order number and reason for return so that we can quickly process your request.
   Get a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and let you know how to return your item.
   Packing and Shipping: Please pack and return the item with its original packaging and labels. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless the item is defective).
   Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
3. Return Shipping
   Returns due to quality issues or wrong items: If your item is defective or does not match the item you ordered, we will pay for the return shipping.
   Other situations: If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like it, changed your mind, etc.), the return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
4. Exchange Policy
   We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can first request a return and complete a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.
5. Refund Processing
   Refunds will be processed through your original payment method.
   The time it takes for a refund to arrive may vary depending on the payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Special Circumstances
   If the item you are returning is not returned within 30 days or the item is not eligible for return, we will not be able to process a refund for you.
   Customized products or opened items: We are unable to accept returns if the item was made to your special request or has been opened.
